The beach access is fantastic, perfect for families. Rooms could use better cleaning; we found issues upon arrival. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and live music added to the fun vibe. Staff were friendly but could improve on timely service.

This resort is literally just steps from the beach making it incredibly convenient for long strolls along the sand and enjoying the ocean views right from our room's balcony, with family-friendly amenities such as an indoor pool and spacious common areas, plus we were thrilled that the local bus service for just three dollars a day is available nearby allowing us to explore the bustling boardwalk which is only a quick six-minute drive away or an easy ride on the bus but while our stay was lovely and the beach was beautiful the room could have used some updated touches to match the photos seen online.

I loved how close we were to the beach, stepping right out the back door made it so easy to enjoy the sand and surf, plus we had fun exploring the fantastic variety of restaurants just a few blocks away, like the great breakfast place on the same block and delicious Italian at Lombardi's Trattoria just a short walk from our room; the indoor pool was another bonus for the kids, giving them a fun place to play regardless of the weather. While it would have been nice to see an improvement in the cleanliness of the room, overall, the welcoming staff and excellent amenities made our stay memorable.

The king suite was super spacious, perfect for my family! I loved having a separate living area, which meant the kids could stay up while we relaxed. The staff, especially Antwan, were attentive and made our stay even better!

The suite was large, clean, and well-appointed. The ocean view was a highlight, especially during sunrise. Beach access was convenient but a bit unclear; better signage is needed. Indoor pool? Spacious and nice, despite the children showing up outside designated hours. issues arose—a non-functioning freezer, inadequate kitchen utensils, and overdue bathroom repairs. The front desk staff lacked warmth and information. The fire alarm blared twice at night, disturbing our rest, and compensation promised never materialized. The amenities were under-marketed, leaving us to discover them ourselves. Amid these drawbacks, the young staff's friendliness shone through. I’d consider returning, but improvements are essential.

I felt like a royal at the posh hotel - amazing oceanview, great staff. The indoor pool was heavenly. The bar was a gem. Will return for sure!

The room was spacious and had a lovely ocean view. The king bed was comfortable, and the bedding felt fresh. the kitchen lacked essential utensils. The bathroom had peeling paint and overdue repairs. While the indoor pool was large, the noise was disruptive, and the water was chilly. Screens on the windows were torn. Housekeeping only cleaned on request, which was convenient but inconsistent. The balcony offered a nice view. The location was good, but the condo was not as advertised. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room left something to be desired.

Great location right on the beach, and the large suite comfortably fit our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always quick to help. the kitchen lacked essential items, and we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. A couple of lamps didn’t work, and we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher—a bit unsettling. The inside pool was a nice touch, but the noise from kids running through the halls was a tad distracting. Despite these hiccups, the atmosphere was relaxed, and there’s potential for a fun stay if the maintenance improves.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring Ocean City, Maryland with its numerous family, friendly attractions. Staying at the resort near top, notch golf courses added a touch of luxury to our vacation, allowing us to relax and create wonderful memories together.
My children wanted more kid, friendly activities on the resort premises.

we loved the location on the beach at Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort, just off the boardwalk and calmer than the others. the hotel was excellent with everything we needed within a few blocks. the staff was very nice and excited when we arrived, handling our bags gently. They had great suggestions for other venues, and the gift store staff was friendly and entertaining. the beach access, pool area, and accommodations for families were perfect, and the coffee shop on site was a great touch.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning. We loved watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning from our direct oceanfront balcony. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a less crowded beach and convenient parking. The live entertainment at the terrace bar added a great touch to the relaxing atmosphere. I'll recommend this hotel.

Chillin' at Ocean City and tearin' up the sick golf courses, like River Run and Bear Trap Dunes, was totally rad. The hotel was close to dope museums and attractions for us to check out!

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach with easy access. The room was spacious and had a great ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The housekeeping service was convenient, you just had to call and they would clean and refresh the room promptly.
The rooms showed signs of wear and tear, like scraped and painted handrails. Some areas, like the ground floor, felt a bit dated and uninviting.

The room we stayed in had a comfortable king-size bed with clean linens. The pool area was a hit with my kids, providing a fun and relaxing space for them to enjoy. there were some disappointing aspects to our experience. The room we were initially given seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The air conditioning unit was a bit tricky to figure out, and there was no vent in the bathroom, which made it feel stuffy. The TV in the bedroom didn't work, and the overall room layout was different from what we had booked. The staff, while generally nice, could have been more informative about the hotel amenities and services. We had to figure out a lot of things on our own, such as how to access certain facilities and what was available to us during our stay. we encountered some maintenance issues during our stay. The refrigerator in the room leaked from the freezer, causing a mess that we had to clean up multiple times. The safe in the room was also not functional, despite promises that it would be fixed. our experience at Princess Royale had its ups and downs.

the location is great - just a short drive from the beach and close to the corvette parade which was awesome. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the band was really good. the room service food for dinner and lunch was quick and delicious.

Our stay at this beachside resort was fantastic! The friendly and attentive staff made us feel safe and welcome throughout our visit. The warm pool and comfortable furnishings in the room provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The convenient beach access allowed us to easily soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful ocean. it was a fabulous time and we would highly recommend this hotel.
The game room needs improvement, as some machines were not working properly and the prizes were not replenished. This left our child disappointed.
